Term & Conditions
If you are receive a damaged item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and get online store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 14 days of delivery. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our consultants, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Business Head and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid then the return of the purchase and subsequent store credit will be authorized.
